We are pleased to announce that your local Northway Bank branch in Concord is preparing to move just up the street to a more accessible location.

Our branch located at 66 N. Main Street in Concord will be moving to a new location at 190 N. Main Street, a few blocks from the existing branch.

The new convenient location offers easy access from N. Main Street, including a generous parking area, a drive-up teller, a drive-up ATM, and a night depository. Please be assured that your accounts will not change in any way, nor will our services. All of our Concord employees are making the move to the new location, so you will continue to be served by the same great people.

The new larger building space will be home to our full-service branch, a residential mortgage lender, commercial bankers, a small business banker, and our corporate & municipal services team – all under one roof. This location also has a spacious conference room for customer meetings.

Our current Concord branch will remain open until 3 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021. The ATM at our current location will be unavailable after 12:00 p.m. on that same day. Our new office at 190 N. Main Street, with a drive-up ATM, will open the following Monday, May 24, 2021, at 8:30 a.m.

Concord Branch Relocation - General Information

What is happening?
Our Concord Branch, presently located at 66 N. Main Street, is moving right up the street (less than half a mile) to 190 N. Main Street.

When will this take place?
Our current Concord Branch location will close on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Our Concord ATM will close at 12:00 p.m. that same day. Our new location will officially open on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.

How will my accounts be affected?
Your accounts will not change in any way. You will gain the added benefits of easy access, ample parking, drive-up teller services, drive-up ATM, and drive-up night depository services.

Will the staff change?
All Northway employees at our Concord Branch will be making the move to the new location, so you will continue to do your banking with the same people who serve you now.

Will the office hours change?
Lobby hours will remain the same (shown below). Drive-up hours are a new service that will be offered during the same hours.

Monday-Wednesday:  8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday-Friday:  8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Will the office telephone number change?
Our Concord Branch phone number, along with the individual phone numbers of each of our Concord staff members, will remain unchanged. Our Concord Branch can be reached at (603) 225-2095.

Will the new office have drive-up services?
Yes! Unlike our present location, our new location will offer a full-service branch complete with drive-up teller, drive-up ATM, and drive-up night depository services. We hope that you will find these new drive-up services a meaningful enhancement.

Will the new office have dedicated parking?
Yes! Our new location has an ample and dedicated parking lot for customers.

Will night depository keys need to be changed?
A new night depository key will be provided to each existing night depository user/keyholder prior to May 21st. Keys to the existing night depository will not work at the new location.
