As of February 9, 2018 the Prime Rate was 4.50%.

Payment example based on a Home Equity Line of Credit of $25,000, the first 120 months at 4.49% the interest only payments would be between $95.34 and $86.11; for the remaining 180 months, the principal and interest payment would vary between $234.22 and $85.75 for 179 months with a final payment of $86.41.
