Our customers are able to perform many of their banking transactions by using Online and Mobile Banking, drive-up tellers, toll-free Customer Service Center, as well as text banking, 24-Hour Automated Telephone Banking and our customers have direct telephone numbers to reach a specific individual within our Bank. We also communicate to customers via email, share important updates and alerts on our website, as well as actively post on social media. Northway continues to educate and reinforce important personal hygiene practices, sanitation procedures and have provided the necessary personal protective equipment, following protocol standards from State and Federal organizations.
